This dog is so carefree.....

=| Not a gd sat for me. Woke up with a splitting headache, could feel the pulsating inside, damn.... Luckily it went away after doing enough damage to my mood for the whole day. Went for a jog cos of the superb weather. Sky was cloudy and cool, perfect condition for a run. Ran the same route as usual (bout 4-5 km i think), though this time there was another runner for me to pace, overtook him towards the end, but tats a bad idea.... =( Over exerted myself, saw plenty of stars, couldn't breathe, legs about to collipse, on the line of fainting. Just imaging doing your best for your 2.4km ippt test. Su*ks right? But shiok! lol.

Watched the Arsenal Southampton match. Bloody hell whats arsenal doing? Two red cards, 1 each so its kinda fun. A really bad performance by the gunners, especially Jens Lehmman, although they fielded mainly young players like Senderos, Van Persie, Flamini with Eboue and Clichy as sub. Too bad, its the end of our championship chase. All up to manu now
