The truth is out there.....
Yeah yeah referring to my medical. Been sometime since i wrote, been rather busy with alot of stuffz.... Oh i will talk bout my medical in this one =). If u dunnoe wat medical review im taking about, probably u aint suppose to know =P Anyway for those who knows, im serving my NS liability as a FEP TRAINEE for now. Yes Flying Experience Program, while waiting for this medical. Been about 3 mths since i POP, and im still waiting. Recently got hold of some news, saying i am 1B PRK status, and i heard from DXAs that its waiting for the HEAD (chairman wateva) to approval this operation. Ya the LASIK operation =D Watever the case, i will still have to wait, and most likely i will be posted to SISPEC or less likely OCS first, damn... I have like gone through the civilian conversion course (C³), how can u expect me to chiong sua now?!! ARGGGHHHH
Anyway been training abit with some of my buddies. Went down to NYP again yest, and caught up with my ex Pole Vaulting coach. POLE VAULTING?! wat the hell is that?! heres wat it is
THE ONLY WAY TO FLY Probably one of the most exciting and entertaining track event, pole vault is not for the weak of heart. ermm yes yes i did that during my secondary school days, in catholic high. One of the most happening ECA around =) haha no arguement about that~ Im even the captain of pole vaulting... wowwww. KK back to reality, its been about more then 4 yrs since i left, and to be honest i felt kinda sad now.... My coach is a Physiotherapy lecturer in NYP, and so happened tat i asked about my knees. Been having some aching knees for about a year liaoz i guess, kept thinkin its due to my cartilage wearing out, but guess not. 2 reasons:
1) Over developed thigh muscles pull the knee caps upward, causing pain in the bottom of my knees. ( u haf no muscles to pull it down fyi)
2) My knees alignment are not straight, causing impacts from exercise to land directly on my knees, instead of my legs. Its very important to observe ur knees alignment, especially during runs. Its possible to realign back by putting effort not to bend ur knees.
Guess im pretty interested in Physiotherapy stuffz, guess its probably one of the course in which i will further study in.
