Farked up.... everything is farked up!!!

Booked out yesterday, 22nd Friday. Yes it should be a happy occassion, but the sad news is, Im booking in later before 8.30pm...... And the farked up thing was, they released us around 10.30pm yest, and i reached home near 12...... Projected bookout timing was 8pm, so many parents were waiting there for more then 2hrs *angry*!!

Overall activities for yest that spoilt everyones mood: Did a pushups + pullups regime in the early morning, before going for breakfast and then opening armskote for pple to draw arms. After which we had fire movement and some section drills till later noon, before going for a paint gun lesson...... YES we gotta have a paint gun warfare during our fieldcamp next wk! Very promising event we have been waiting for =) Though its gonna hurt if gonna shot on, thats y its call pain gun as well =P We were scheduled to have a 4km fast march at 5.30, but ended going at 6.30 due to heavy rain. Although 4km sounded short and easy, fast march is a killer, to who? To people who are tall, but not as tall as others...... Its really tiring, especially since most of us haven recover from thurs 8km run..... Blisters, shin, calf, shoulders, almost every part of my body is aching right now..... Hell broke loose when we got back wingline......

everyone was supposed to return their weapons and signed a book, but since everyone was in a rush, someone 4got to sign, and he went down to have dinner. Our WSM and PC found out, and guessed what?! Me, including 2 other armskote ICs got 3 extras, for? I have no farking clue.... while that guy?! he only got to write a statement and some extended duty thats all!! Of cos the 3 of us were damn pissed off, cos we got 3 extras for practically things we never did.... We ate our dinner still in our sweaty uniforms, while the rest had already finished theirs and bathed.... armskote really sux.... about 5 mins after i started to eat, some was called down by our PC again, including me, so practically i threw a box full of food away.... thinking i could go out to have some fastfood dinner wif my friends..... Anyway we were called down because we did quite badly for our signal test, and tatatata we were given time to study for a retest........... during a weekend...... arghhhh 1 confinement for each of us, farked it......

3 extras and 1 confinement within 15mins...... argh watever

The morale was low, everyone feeling pissed off and farked..... definitely the worst bookout for most of us......

Eeerieeeeee

Next sun, 24th April, my wing will be going for our section fieldcamp at tekong for 5D6N, including the WildBoar exercise...... Heard its gonna be tough! Anyway heres an experience from our instructors who went there to reece our camp site last week...

A few of our instructors went down tekong to checkout on our site as well as our navigation route. Do u know there is a hot spring there? Me neither =P Anyway it maybe juz a name for a stream, for all i care. Anyway when they were there, all were in the joyous mood. Everyone was talking cock, and chit-chatting about anything under the sun. U know when guys talk, they tend to talk dirty? Yeah thats wat happen, they started to discuss about when any couples made out in that river, anyone pee in it before, all the funny stuffs when suddenly, LTA A (no name mention) urged all the instructors to leave that place. His face was rather pale and looked uneasy, apart from the normal times where he would be smiling and laughin at all times. Every instructors knew he had the ability to see (or sense) presence of paranormal stuffs, and thats why all heeled his advice and started making they way out. As usual, LTA B & C were the slowest behind and still chit-chatting away.... Halfway out, LTA A came up to them and urged them more to move faster, and giving them a push behind the back. His face was getting more pale. Back on their rover on the way back to their campsite, they asked LTA A wat happened, and wat he saw...... only to be rejected and he would only tell them later. Back at the campsite, they saw A squatting alone at one corner of the training shed for a while, before coming back to them to tell them what really happened; At the hot spring, he saw alot of kids around the stream playing, of cos none of the others could see them...... they looked harmless though, so A thought they wun pose a problem or threat. Suddenly a little boy grabbed his hand and said:"Kor kor, u all better go now, Papa is not happy" Thats when A caught hold of a dark figure across the river, and immediately told all the others to leave. Halfway out, he pushed LTA B and C to move faster as he saw a dark figure closely behind them, and his hand was reaching out for them. Back on the rover, why didn't A told them wat happened back there? He saw a little kid sitting on the rover next to them, all the way back. At their training shed, he was at one corner talking to the little kid, where he told LTA A:"Korkor, mama and jiejie want to see you" After some conversation, he managed to send the kid away......

And that is the place where we will be having our fieldcamp.... scary huh?

Back to reality, i witnessed a guy fell during our commander's parade. It was early in the morning, and from rehearsal to the real thing, we had been on our feet for about a few hours. We stood motionless while the CO (commanding officer) of OCS did his inspection on ALPHA wing. Normally, wat u tot was he wun just walk past the front of the wing and maybe juz asked a few simple qns to selected cadets... but no he moved from one cadet to another, inspecting the whole wing! After which the CO gave his short speech, and we didn't move for about an hour plus.... Legs were numbed and stiffed, and really aching badly..... Suddenly i heard an rifle dropped, and i tot to myself "jialat that guy gonna be screwed badly".... as i turned slightly to see who he was, he fell like a log forward down, face first. His whole body was straight throughout the fall!! And he lied there, straight as before, motionless, eyes still opened until the stretcher party came and helped him. When he regained conscious, there was a pool of blood from his cut chin.... looks pretty bad....

OCS = Only Clowns Survive, how true. We ganna change parade on thurs or fri, changing from long 4 to pt in 3 mins, then 7mins to change to boots, smart 4, beret and black shorts..... looked like a clown! haha we had fun laughing even though we were punished....

Booking out this fri till sat, because we will be going for our section fieldcamp next sunday, so till then.... CYA!~

With my rifle & my buddy & me

Today is my bookout day, bookout bookout...... ALRITE~ Finally back at my home sweet home, sitting comfortably infront of my comp relaxing, not having to fear about sudden fall in or turn out or wat ever. Phew~ Its getting better in OCS as time goes by, maybe because we have become fitter 0_o

28, 29 & 30th April, we visited Armor, Navy and Airforce respectively. Got upclose to tanks firing and we even had a soccer match with the armor staffs there, including the Chief of Armour. Enjoyed the whole match even though we were thrashed 4-0... Really a satisfying experience, especially the food there =P. Navy visit, we got to go onboard a huge supply ship in the middle of the sea via a fastcraft despite the heavy rain, shiok sia. An eye opener for everyone there. Got to experience my first flight on a helicopter during Airforce visit. We sat on a Super Puma, and i had the best position, sitted right infront of the open door, shiok sia! The scenery was marvelous, the wind was strong enough to force my eyes shut.

Sunday, 3th April, was visiting day and my mum, bro, sher and bri came. Were really happy to see them then, really glad they could make it here. Anyway, all i remembered were that we ganna tekang pretty badly after the visit, expected though, lol. I'm the armskote IC now, basically i'm incharge of all the weapons in my platoon. A tedious job and very easily rewarded with extras.... wat the heck

Oh ya something really interesting happened. Our instructors did a spot check on our kitchenette, where we store most of our food. One rule is all food must be in the tupaware, and definitely not many cared to do so. It ended up with us bringing the whole kitchenette down to the parade square, including the cupboards, table, chairs and all the food. We had to shift all the things to different place but in the same positions. Finally we were told to eat up all the food in 2 mins, and many of us were like shocked! Or shiok?! lol we gobbled down everything, even cup noodles. And please dun try to eat fruit bar with dry salty noodles, it tasted worst then olives... Almost every wing in ocs knows about this incident.... hahaha

Had our Compass Course on friday, which was to navigate around the forest in both day and night. Night navi su*ks!! U couldn't see anything, where u were stepping, all alone and all u could rely is the compass. I fell alot of times, and kept wondering wat the hell i were doing all alone at night in the forest...... Its a shity feelin man.

Leadership Field Camp on tues to wed, an experience i would never ever 4get. First day was navigation all around hills, follow by a mission to capture a waterwork with other section defending and night navigation again. 2nd day was hell. We had to cassavack a 75kg dude on the stretcher, all the way to our checkpoint 1km away. After that we cassavack him all the way back, with many turns and twists. We were threatened not to put down him, so we cassavacked him rotatingly. Everyone was like pushing each other, and more importantly themselves even before the halfway mark... Once, i had 2 standard field packs, 2 SBO with 4 dummy mag, 1 signal set, 2 SAR 21 rifles on and still managed to run for a distance. U probably can feel yourself flying after putting all this down. At the end, people was whining, close to tears, shag to max and i nearly collipsed... hahah first time in my life had i felt so shag out man. Whole body was aching allover till now sia

Had u did before running up and down a 4 storeys building about 6 times, follow my 200 counts of 4 jumping jacks? YES 200 counts!!~ haha almost everyone had cramps the next day. Our staff sergeant is a ranger trained, and rumour said he was also a SOF. Anyway his PT training was madness, and next wk will be worst. Every delta warriors will have 6 packs during commissioning, lol.

Today was bookout day, did our 6km Endurance Training Run at 6.45am.... crapz. Beside tat, nothing much to do before bookout. Hopefully can rest well this one day or 2 for the upcoming week. Boro vs Arsenal match later. Muz watch
